CAAM Mobile

CAAM Mobile brings the Computer Aided Assignment Manager to iPhone. Patrol members start a shift, work their assignments, log activity, and close out the shift, all from the phone in their pocket. The same records reach the Cloud and the Agency's supervisors as they do from the rest of the CAAM Suite.

Built for the whole shift

• Start, restore, and end shifts. Choose the driver, passenger, and vehicle from the Agency's roster and record mileage. If a device is swapped or restarted mid-shift, pick the shift back up.
• Property watches. The day's house watch list is grouped by neighborhood. Record each check with one tap, and get directions to any address.
• School patrols. Log patrols from the Agency's current school list, which updates without an app update.
• Incidents and calls. Log Officer Assists, directed patrols, parking, neighborhood watch, and other activity with notes, license plates, and case numbers. Edit or remove entries during the shift.
• Photos. Attach scene photos to an incident. Each photo can carry the location and compass direction where it was taken.
• Shift review and reports. See a live tally of the shift's activity. When the shift ends, CAAM emails the shift summary and property watch report to the patrol members and supervisors.
• Multi-unit sync. When several units work at once, changes made on one device show up on the others automatically.

Secure by design

The app never holds master credentials. Each device carries its own revocable key, stored in the iOS Keychain. Every request is verified with Apple App Attest and travels only over encrypted connections. The app has no advertising, analytics, or tracking. See the CAAM Privacy Policy.

Availability

CAAM Mobile is available to subscribing Agencies. Patrol members get access and a device key from their Agency. For questions or support, please contact us.
